11 Minute Meeting
An 11 minute meeting is a meeting intended
To be short. As if any meeting is ever short. The concept is that we charge
the customer in 15 minute increments, so if we have meetings 11 minutes long,
that gives everyone just under 2 minutes to get there and then back to work,
which means the company can act as if the meeting never occurred.
I have yet to be to an 11 minute meeting less than half an hour long.
